Kari Clarke-Zemnickis has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Their responsibilities at Deloitte included strategic planning, competitor analysis, brand refreshes, and managing acquisitions. Before joining Deloitte, Kari worked at First National Financial LP as a Marketing Specialist and Marketing Coordinator, overseeing residential marketing initiatives and developing brand awareness. Kari began their career as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Macquarie Group.

Kari Clarke-Zemnickis has a diverse educational background. In 2007, they received a Bachelor of Design degree in Communications from Toronto Metropolitan University. Prior to that, they completed fashion design courses at Seneca College from 2002 to 2003, focusing on Fashion Marketing. In 2015, they furthered their knowledge by studying Marketing in a Digital World at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Continuing their professional development, Kari completed various certifications. In 2013, they undertook a Coaching & Developing Employees program at Harvard University Online. In 2010, they gained certifications in Integrated Branding from the Canadian Marketing Association and in Search Engine Optimization from the Interactive Advertising Bureau of Canada.

Seeking to expand their expertise, Kari completed additional professional development courses. In 2021, they took a Reconciliation Education - Indigenous Awareness Professional Development Course at the First Nations University of Canada. Furthermore, in 2017, they obtained a Certificate of Design Thinking from the Ted Rogers MBA program at Toronto Metropolitan University.
