Lajayzia Wright

LaJayzia Wright is a Research Associate at Princeton University, contributing to the Ida B. Wells Just Data Lab by fostering innovative approaches to data collection and education in the context of tech justice. In addition to this role, LaJayzia serves as an Associate Research Fellow in the Psychology Department's Syllabus Diversity Review Lab and has held leadership positions at Vector Marketing, where responsibilities include team management and training. LaJayzia is also an Advising Fellow at Matriculate, offering mentorship to high-achieving, low-income students navigating college admissions. Previous experiences include an internship at Johnson & Johnson in Global Talent Management and a role as a SEEDS Student Advisor, supporting high school students in their educational journeys. LaJayzia is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Princeton University.
