Ashley Berlin

Ashley Berlin started their work experience as a Manager at Fire and Ice Cafe in 2001, where they directed efficient guest flow and scheduled a small working staff. Ashley then worked as a Senior Distribution Assistant/Senior Slot Coordinator at AWI from 2004 to 2009, handling inventory control, shipping, and receiving. Ashley designed the warehouse layout in accordance with shipments and updated the computer system with new and old items to improve performance. In 2011, Ashley joined Your Place Restaurant and Pub as a Bartender, a role they held until 2012. During this time, they provided therapeutic support as a Therapeutic Staff Support at Progressions Companies Inc from 2011 to 2018, offering behavioral support and interventions for children with mental and/or behavioral disabilities. Ashley transferred skills to teachers, parents, and family members for intervening and promoting positive behavior and progressions. Additionally, they worked as a Family Based Mental Health Worker at Pennsylvania Counseling Services in 2012-2013. Ashley's Helping Hands was their own venture, where they served as the Owner from 2013 to 2022. Currently, Ashley is employed as an Operations Foreman at Vector Media, starting in 2022.

Ashley Berlin completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Albright College, studying from 2004 to 2008.
