Chuck Thropp

Chuck Thropp is the current Chief Financial Officer at Vector Security. Prior to their current position, they served as the CFO and Senior Vice President of North America at Unify, Inc. from January 2014 to December 2016.

At Unify, Chuck was responsible for driving the execution of the regional commercial turnaround strategy and leading the North American finance organization through a major transformation initiative. This included restructuring the sales, finance, and service organizations, right-sizing the cost structure, building a high-performance finance team, and strengthening internal controls. Thanks to Chuck's efforts, Unify was able to generate significant cash flow improvements and accelerated the private equity exit event. The company was acquired by the publicly-traded Atos SE in 2016.

Before joining Unify, Chuck Thropp spent 20 years in various finance leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Honeywell International, a Fortune 100 diversified technology and manufacturing leader serving customers worldwide with aerospace products and services; control technologies for buildings, homes and industry; automotive products; power generation systems; and specialty chemicals.

Chuck Thropp is a graduate of Rutgers University where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Chuck is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Chuck Thropp attended the University of Pittsburgh, where they earned a B.S. in Business Economics with a focus in accounting. Chuck is also a certified public accountant, having received their certification from the state of Pennsylvania.
