Alec Thompson

Alec Thompson is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as Lead Engineer at Vector since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Engineer in Production Engineering and Business Operations Project Management Specialist for the 787 Program at Boeing from October 2022 to May 2025. Alec also worked as a Model at Select Model Management from September 2020 to May 2025 and held various engineering positions at Palmetto Railways from March 2016 to October 2022, as well as at Norfolk Southern from June 2014 to March 2016, including Supervisor Welding Flash Butt and Assistant Supervisor Maintenance Equipment. Alec holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Entrepreneurship from Lehigh University College of Business.
