Olivier Petitjean

Olivier Petitjean currently serves as a Senior Territory Manager and Account Manager for French-speaking countries at VectorBuilder since July 2021. Prior experience includes a PhD candidacy at the Institut de biologie moléculaire et cellulaire from October 2017 to October 2020, focusing on the identification and characterization of factors involved in the cellular response to double-stranded RNA. During this time, Olivier established a genome-wide CRISPR-Cas9 approach for research purposes. Prior to the doctoral studies, Olivier completed multiple internships at various institutions, including a Master 2 internship and a Master 1 internship at the Institut de Biologie Moléculaire et Cellulaire, as well as other roles in environmental science. Academic credentials include a PhD in Molecular Biology, a Master’s in Virology, and a Bachelor's degree in Cellular Biology and Physiology from the University of Strasbourg, along with a two-year degree in Environmental Science from Universite de Lorraine.
