Christine Chontow

Christine Chontow is an organizational change and process improvement consultant with over 16 years of experience in leading diverse teams and optimizing resources. They previously held significant roles in the U.S. Coast Guard, including Finance and Human Resource Director and Business Operations Senior Manager, where they improved business processes and achieved substantial cost reductions. Currently, as a Business Process Consultant at VectorCSP, Christine manages internal audits and supports strategic improvement initiatives for various governmental agencies. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
