Matthew Parlee

Matthew Parlee is a seasoned systems engineer with extensive experience in integrating advanced technologies across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at VectorCSP, Matthew leads engineering pursuits and maintains model-based systems engineering processes. Notable accomplishments at VectorCSP include establishing its engineering organization and architecting the US Coast Guard's Mission Support Business Model. Previously, at L3Harris Technologies, Matthew managed programs for the Space Defense Agency, focusing on cryptographic unit design and ground terminal integration through model-based systems engineering. Matthew's career at Northrop Grumman spanned multiple roles, including Integration Manager and Operations Program Manager, where significant contributions included delivering space-flight quality microelectronic chips and managing high-value work packages. Additionally, Matthew has experience as an adjunct professor at El Camino College and holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Physics from Purdue University.
