Carlos Gadala-Maria

Carlos Gadala-Maria has over 36 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Carlos currently serves as the CEO and President of VectorGlobal WMG since July 2007. Prior to this, they were a Senior Director and Region Head at American Express from February 1999 to June 2007. Carlos also worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Americas Trust Bank (formerly JPBT Advisors) from November 1993 to February 1999. Earlier in their career, they were a Production Manager at Miami Herald Media Company from 1990 to 1993 and a Development Engineer at General Motors from 1984 to 1988.

Carlos Gadala-Maria obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami between the years 1979 and 1983. Carlos then pursued further education and completed an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, attended from 1988 to 1990.
