Harsh Gandhi's work experience begins in 2020 when they worked as a Junior Software Developer (Co-op) at Mobile Innovation. During this time, they focused on backend and frontend development, using C#, XAML, Visual Studio 2019, Tortoise SVN, and Visual SVN server. Harsh also worked on redesigning the UI for iOS and Android platforms.

In 2019, Harsh worked as a Research Assistant at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. Harsh used agile methodology to restructure the Systematic Review System called "Insight Scope" for CHEO (Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario). Harsh contributed to improving the Lumen Studio Library project, implementing features like user session management, user-specific data file tracking, and UI improvisation. Harsh used Python Flask, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for this role. Later, they transitioned to the role of a Software Developer, where they designed an ETL tool to automate data transfer processes between storage warehouses. Harsh wrote a custom Python script for this purpose, saving the company significant monthly storage charges.

Most recently, in 2022, Harsh joined VectorSolv Corp. as a Full Stack Developer.
