Curtis Chang

Curtis Chang has extensive work experience in project management and IT infrastructure. Curtis currently works as a Project Manager at VectorUSA since 2022. Previously, they worked for LA Care Health Plan from 2014 to 2022 as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the implementation of specific projects and ensuring alignment with the IT infrastructure strategy. Before that, they worked at Southern California Edison as a Project Manager from 2010 to 2014, where they collaborated with different departments and managed IT applications and projects. Curtis also worked at UCLA Medical Center as a Project Manager from 2005 to 2008, overseeing IT projects related to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and UCLA Medical Center and Orthopaedic Hospital. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager of Information Technology at Peerless Systems Corporation from 1999 to 2005, responsible for managing the internal information systems infrastructure. Curtis began their career at Xerox as a Systems Analyst from 1989 to 1994, where they excelled in providing technical support, designing integrated systems solutions, and managing projects.
