Tamsin Slatter has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tamsin started their career in 1987 as a Prototype Developer at bp, where they created prototypes for testing based on new designs. Tamsin then worked as an HR Administrator at Dataserve in 1988. In the same year, they joined ICL (later acquired by Fujitsu) as an Accounts Payable and later became a Senior Training Consultant, responsible for designing and delivering training courses on office automation products.

In 1991, Tamsin joined IBM as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, providing UNIX support and designing training courses. Tamsin later became a Senior Sales Consultant, providing presales expertise in Oracle's database technology. At Oracle Corporation, Tamsin also worked as a Senior Technical Account Manager, ensuring smooth collaboration with Oracle's largest Systems Integration partner.

In 2006, Tamsin founded Design Software Solutions Ltd, a reseller of Vectorworks software, specializing in training and consultancy for the design and AEC industries. Tamsin also became an FE Lecturer at Sparsholt College Hampshire, delivering IT, business, and marketing courses for designers.

In 2017, Tamsin joined Vectorworks as the UK Director of Customer Success, leading the Customer Success teams and delivering exceptional customer experience. Currently, they serve as the Sales Enablement Director, creating training content and managing the demo automation system for Vectorworks. Throughout their career, Tamsin has always been passionate about demonstrating the benefits of Vectorworks to customers and prospects.

Tamsin Slatter has a diverse education history. Tamsin started by obtaining an HNC in Garden and Landscape Design from Sparsholt College in Hampshire, from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed an RHS General Certificate in Horticulture from Newbury College in Berkshire between 2002 and 2004. In their earlier years, they attended Charters School in Ascot, where they achieved 8 O Levels from 1975 to 1982. Currently, Tamsin is pursuing a field of study in Opera Performance at Morley College in London, which they will complete in 2024.
