David Meltzer

David Meltzer is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management at Vectra AI since October 2025. Prior to this role, David was the Chief Product Officer at Netography from February 2023 to October 2025, where leadership of Product and Engineering focused on creating holistic views of network activity across multi-cloud and hybrid networks. David has held various senior roles including Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering at Tripwire, where advanced threat, security, and compliance solutions were developed for numerous organizations, including over 50% of the Fortune 500. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer at nCircle Network Security and Cambia Security, as well as roles at Sonicity and Internet Security Systems, contributing significantly to product development and cybersecurity innovations. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
