Charles A. Mjema

Charles A. Mjema, PhD, is an accomplished RF MMIC design engineer at VectraWave since September 2017, specializing in the design and implementation of MMICs using GaN and GaAs technologies for applications including power amplifiers and RF switches. Prior to this role, Charles completed internships focused on 5G communication technologies, Ka-band antenna design, and cleanroom fabrication processes. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Electronics from INSA Rennes and a Bachelor's Degree in Networks and Telecommunications Systems from Université Aboubekr Belkaid, complemented by foundational education at University of Constantine 1.
