Jennifer Thompson

Jennifer Thompson is an experienced executive assistant currently serving at Vectura Fertin Pharma, supporting the Global Head of People & Culture and the Global Head of Finance since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO at Oculis S.A. from January to May 2023, and spent a decade at Medtronic as the Executive Assistant to the VP HR EMEA. Additional experience includes executive assistant roles at Firmenich and significant positions at the International Air Transport Association (IATA), World Health Organization, and International Labour Organization (ILO). Jennifer holds a CIPD Diploma in HR Management from ICS Learn and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Marketing & French from Thurrock Management Center.
