Timothy McCarthy has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Timothy currently works as the Head of People & Culture US at Vectura Fertin Pharma, where they are responsible for implementing P&C strategies and maintaining key stakeholder relationships. Prior to this, Timothy worked at Philip Morris International, where they held multiple roles, including Head of People & Culture External Affairs and Global Communications, Director of People & Culture US, and Head of People & Culture - General & Administration. Timothy also served as the Regional Manager Compensation and Benefits Asia and Manager Compensation and Benefits North America at Philip Morris International. Before joining Philip Morris International, Timothy worked as the Senior Benefits Business Analyst at Avon and as a Benefit Analyst at Schlumberger Inc. Timothy began their career as a Human Resources Junior Generalist at govWorks.

Timothy McCarthy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre History from St. Cloud State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Timothy then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Theatre History from Brooklyn College in 2001-2002.
