The Operations and Strategy team at Vectura Fertin Pharma is responsible for aligning the company’s operational activities with its strategic goals to enhance overall efficiency and drive growth. This team, composed of key leaders such as the Head of P&c, the Wellness and Healthcare Categories VP of Procurement, and the U.S. Pharma CFO / Head of Operations, works to optimize procurement processes, oversee financial operations, and ensure that wellness and healthcare product categories are effectively managed.
