Umesh Sinnathurai

Umesh SINNATHURAI is a Senior Software Verification and Validation (V&V) Engineer at Vectura Group since January 2023, with a prior role as a Signalling V&V Engineer at Hitachi Rail from February 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included analyzing requirements, developing test procedures, producing test reports, and ensuring compliance of software and hardware. Umesh has also held positions as a System Engineer and V&V Engineer at Hitachi Rail, contributing to the specification and testing of Driver Machine Interface subsystems. Earlier experience includes working as an IVVQ Engineer at Thales, focusing on ticketing systems, and as a Research Developer at Brunel University London, involved in developing a robotic arm. Umesh holds a Master's degree in Engineering, specializing in Embedded Systems from ESIEE Paris, along with various other academic qualifications in engineering and electronics.
