Jesper Forslund

Jesper Forslund is an experienced Teknisk Förvaltare at Vectura Fastigheter since September 2020, responsible for the overall technical management of a property portfolio, including budget management and cost oversight. Key responsibilities include procurement of technical systems, energy and resource optimization, and maintenance of properties. Prior to this role, Jesper worked at Slussgården from January 2017 to September 2020 in various positions including Uthyrning, focusing on leasing garages and parking spaces, contract administration, and budget forecasting, as well as serving as a Drifttekniker, overseeing daily operations and preventive maintenance of buildings. Earlier experience includes a Drifttekniker position at RIBA AB from January 2014 to December 2016, also focusing on property management and operational efficiency.
