Viktor Bakker

Viktor Bakker is an experienced professional in sustainability and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Sustainability and Innovation at Steptura since May 2024 and as the Director of Innovation and Sustainability at Vectura Fastigheter since April 2021. At Vectura, Viktor manages innovation strategy and sustainability development, ensuring compliance with the GHG protocol. Previous roles include Head of Sustainability and Innovation at GoCo Health Innovation City and Project Assistant at Chalmers tekniska högskola. Viktor's early career includes a summer internship at Volvo Car Group in operational development and technical sales at Gnotec AB. With a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, Viktor applies a strong background in technology and management to drive sustainable initiatives.
