V K is a highly experienced aerospace professional with a strong background in flight testing and engineering. Currently serving as the Chief Flight Test Engineer at VEDA Defense Systems since December 2020, V K has previously held key roles including Technical Manager at QuEST Global for Rolls Royce Aeroengines and Senior Flight Test Engineer at TurboTech Precision Engineering. V K's extensive career in the Indian Air Force spanned over two decades, focusing on the SU 30 MKI Military Aircraft, and included responsibilities as an Experimental Flight Test Engineer and Chief Flight Test Engineering Instructor. V K holds a Master of Technology in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calicut. Additional academic positions have included roles as Head of Department and Assistant Professor as well as Principal and Professor in Aerospace Engineering at the Visvesvaraya Technological University, alongside certification as an Experimental Flight Test Engineer from the Air Force Test Pilots School.
