Dhruvil Parikh

Dhruvil Parikh has gained work experience in various roles and companies. Dhruvil started their career as a Software Developer at Balkash Piyat Sahakari Mandli in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Capgemini. From 2020 onwards, they joined Vedanta Sesa Goa, where they held positions such as Lead L&D, TM & Emp Engagement Value Added Business (VAB), Lead L&D Value Added Business (VAB), HR Analyst to CHRO and Program Manager - Iron and Steel Sector, and currently, they serve as the Deputy Chief HR Officer (Dy. CHRO) VAB and Head of Learning and Development (L&D) at Sesa Goa.

Dhruvil Parikh completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from Auro University of Hospitality and Management from 2015 to 2018. Dhruvil then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on Human Resources from the International Management Institute - IMI from 2018 to 2020.
