Kriti Rathi

Kriti Rathi is an experienced professional in human resources and business analysis, currently serving as Lead - Total Rewards at Vedanta Group since July 2022. Previously, Kriti held the position of Business Analyst in the CHRO's Office at the same organization and completed a summer internship at Vedanta Resources Limited in mid-2021. Kriti's career began with a role as a Junior Associate at Bain & Company from August 2019 to July 2020, and included a digital learning program at Jio in mid-2018, as well as an internship focused on business planning at DENSO in early 2018. Kriti holds a PGDM in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur (2020-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Maharaja Agrasen College (2016-2019). Educational background also includes attendance at Ahlcon International School in Delhi from 2003 to 2016.
