Rakesh Rohila

Rakesh Rohila has over two decades of experience in engineering and technology management within the industrial sector. Currently serving as AGM (Head Engineering & Technology Head) at Hindustan Zinc Limited since July 2004, Rakesh Rohila manages capital projects exceeding 350 Crore INR, overseeing program management from conception to execution and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Notable achievements include leading a team to successfully commission a 170 KTPA Zinc Plant ahead of schedule and enhancing production capabilities to 210 KTPA. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Manager at Madras Aluminium Company and Senior Executive at India Foils Limited, focusing on plant maintenance and quality assurance, respectively. Rakesh Rohila holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
