Juan Cruz

Juan Cruz is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management across several prominent firms. Serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Vedder Price since February 2016, Juan previously held the position of Senior Manager of Financial Planning, Analysis & Strategic Projects. Prior to that role, Juan spent over a decade at Dentons, culminating as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, where responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, and strategic pricing. Juan's career began at Baker McKenzie and Stein Roe & Farnham, with a strong foundation in internal auditing and mutual fund accounting. Educationally, Juan holds an MBA with Distinction from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago, along with a CPA certification obtained in 2002.
