Max Duval

Max DuVal is a Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Associate at Vedder Price, having joined in November 2024. Prior to this role, Max worked as a Bankruptcy Associate at Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP from March 2021 to November 2024, representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcies. Max gained experience as a Legal Intern at the Federal Tax Clinic, where representation involved disputes with the Internal Revenue Service. A J.D. candidate at Maurice A. Deane School of Law, Max graduated in May 2021, receiving a Bronze Public Service Certificate and recognition for excellence in clinical coursework. Additional experience includes summer associate positions and roles at various law firms, as well as paralegal work at Kaplain & DuVal LLP. Max holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
