Alex Scott MBA is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Compensation Director at Veeam Software since October 2025, Alex previously worked at Squarespace as a Senior Principal Compensation Consultant and acted as the Head of Compensation. Earlier experience includes a Senior Manager role at Fastly, leading comprehensive compensation strategies, and a Compensation Lead position at Optiv, where Alex developed pivotal compensation frameworks and restructured compensation processes.
