Brandy Schwartz, CIPP/US, is an experienced in-house counsel currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Veeam Software since 2025. Previously, Brandy held roles at Dell Technologies, where they negotiated multimillion-dollar deals and supported significant sales territories, and at AllClear ID, where they served as Corporate Counsel and HIPAA Privacy Officer. Brandy began their legal career with internships at the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs and the Houston Immigration Court. They are currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) at the University of Houston Law Center, along with a B.S. degree from Texas A&M University.
