Gavin Lazarus

Gavin Lazarus is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Sr Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Veeam Software, focusing on Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, and M&A Finance since March 2024. Prior to this role, Gavin held the position of Sr Director of FP&A and Corporate Development at Gen™ from January 2020 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading Strategic Finance and Product Finance initiatives and acting as the Corporate Development Deal Lead. At Symantec from August 2017 to January 2020, Gavin was the Corporate Development Deal Lead, overseeing significant acquisitions and the enterprise divestiture. Earlier experience includes roles in mid-market private equity at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, LLC and The Gores Group, as well as an Investment Banking Analyst position at Citi.
