Jeff Rich

Jeff Rich is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and technical account management. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer for Enterprise Strategic Accounts at Veeam Software since January 2018, Jeff has a proven track record in enhancing customer relationships and driving the adoption of technical solutions. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Systems Engineer at VMware from December 2010 to January 2018, where responsibilities focused on developing long-term business relationships with key accounts. Jeff's earlier career included a Senior Technical Account Manager position at ROCIC, complemented by an educational background with a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University.
