Jeff Salem

Jeff Salem is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in global HR roles, particularly in sales development and marketing at Veeam Software since February 2018. As Senior Director for various HR functions, Jeff has focused on building high-performing teams across regions including EMEA and APJ, partnering with executive leadership to deliver strategic HR support. Prior to Veeam, Jeff held key HR positions at OpenText, Sabre, and Fiserv, developing expertise in business partnering across diverse sectors. Educationally, Jeff holds a BA in Management & Business Administration from the University of Reading and an MSc in Human Resource Management Consulting from London South Bank University.
