Mayra Colón is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and compliance. Currently serving as Sr. Director and Employment Legal Leader at Veeam Software since June 2025, Mayra advises on all aspects of U.S. employment law for a global tech company. Prior to this role, Mayra spent nearly 17 years at L3Harris Technologies, where responsibilities included strategic oversight of labor, employment, and privacy law, as well as dispute management. Earlier career experience includes practicing law at Colón Partners, Chubb & Son, and the City of West Palm Beach, covering a wide array of legal areas including immigration, labor, and employment. Mayra holds a JD from Universidad de Puerto Rico and a BA in Psychology from the same institution.
