Mihai Zota is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in renewals and customer success within the software industry. Currently serving as Director of Renewals and Customer Success at Veeam Software since September 2016, Mihai has successfully managed teams across the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets through strategic sales execution and performance management. Previously, Mihai held roles at Oracle, where responsibilities included managing customer support contracts and cloud transactions for the US and Canada, demonstrating strong abilities in relationship building, pipeline management, and cross-department collaboration.
