Rick Vanover

Rick Vanover is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in product strategy and IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Strategy at Veeam Software since November 2010, Rick has held various key roles, including Senior Director of Product Strategy and Director of Technical Product Marketing & Evangelism. Prior to Veeam, Rick worked at Alliance Data as IT Infrastructure Manager and Safelite as System Administrator. Contributions to the technology community include writing for platforms such as TechTarget and ZDNet. Earlier career experiences include engineering and system administration roles at companies like Dematic and Mettler Toledo. Rick holds a BA in Business Administration from Otterbein University and an AS in Computer Science from Columbus State Community College.
