Scott Burfeind has extensive experience in product management and technical support, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Product Management at Veeco since November 2003. Prior roles at Veeco include PLC Manager for Global Product Support, Technical Support Manager for Key Accounts, and Technical Support Manager. Prior to joining Veeco, Scott worked as a Training Manager at Emcore from January 2001 to November 2003 and served in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Machinist's Mate from November 1990 to December 2000. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
