Carmela C.

Carmela C. has had a diverse career history since 2006. Carmela began their career as a Technical Lead at TELUS International Philippines before moving on to become a Customer Associate at RR Donnelley in 2011. In 2012, they joined Acquire BPO as a Collections Specialist. In 2014, they took on the role of Order Project Manager at Alorica, where they were responsible for proactively coordinating and managing complex order lifecycle support for clients. In 2018, they joined IBM as an HR Payroll Accounting, Accounts Receivable Specialist, Lead Analyst (Lead Qualifier), and Client Support Specialist. Currently, Carmela is a SEO Lead and Search Engine Optimization Specialist at VEED.IO.

Carmela C. graduated from St. Paul University Quezon City with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2006. Carmela has also obtained two certifications from IBM in 2020, one as an IBM Automation Practitioner and one as an IBM Automation: Compass.
