Happy Abella has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. In 2020, they joined VEED.IO as SEO Outreach Lead and SEO Outreach Specialist. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at IBM as Delivery Manager and Training Manager. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Alorica as Operations Trainer and Voice Service Manager. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at TELUS International Philippines as Technical Team Lead, Rapid Response Specialist, Technical Support Representative - Tier 2, and Technical Support Representative - Tier 1.

Happy Abella graduated from Asia Pacific College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Arts.
