Pankaj began their career at Beacon Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. in 2005 as a QA Chemist. Their responsibilities included testing raw materials, in-process batches, and final batches according to specified SOPs and standards. Pankaj also prepared reports for each testing and reviewed SOPs.

In 2006, Pankaj joined Veeda Clinical Research as a Clinical Research Associate. Pankaj then progressed to the role of Project Coordinator in 2007, where they coordinated various clinical research projects. Pankaj was later promoted to Project Manager - Clinical Research in 2011. In this role, Pankaj acted as the point of contact for national and international pharmaceutical companies, receiving study proposals for drug research projects. Pankaj also conducted feasibility studies and coordinated with various teams to identify goals and scope of clinical study projects.

Pankaj continued to excel in their career at Veeda Clinical Research and was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2016. Pankaj successfully managed and oversaw various clinical operations. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Senior Project Manager, Clinical Operations, where they continued to showcase their expertise in managing clinical projects.

Pankaj's exceptional skills and contributions led to their promotion to Senior Business Development Manager in 2020. Finally, in 2021, they assumed the role of Assistant General Manager of Business Development, where they continue to excel in establishing and improving communication with pharmaceutical companies.
