Sweety Javia has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical research and pharmaceuticals. Sweety started their career as an Apprentice in Research Quality Assurance at Cadila Pharmaceuticals in 2012, where they gained experience in document control, audits, and reviewing protocols.

In 2013, they joined Mylan Laboratories Limited as a Research Scientist, focusing on planning, coordinating, and executing clinical studies. Sweety also provided technical inputs on study design and ensured the accuracy of clinical study data by reviewing various documents.

From 2019 to 2021, Sweety worked as a Sr. Executive in Regulatory Pharmacology at SYRI Limited. Their responsibilities included reviewing clinical study protocols and reports, providing technical input on study design, and monitoring bioequivalence studies.

In 2021, they joined Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited as a Research Scientist, where they were involved in planning, coordinating, and executing clinical studies. Sweety reviewed study protocols, informed consent forms, and clinical study reports, and coordinated with monitoring agencies for study monitoring.

Currently, Sweety holds the position of Senior Clinical Manager at Veeda Clinical Research Limited, starting in 2022. Their role involves being a feasibility expert for clinical studies and supporting sponsors in designing studies. Sweety also provides pharmacokinetic input and peer reviews pharmacokinetic and statistical documents.

Sweety Javia pursued their education in the field of pharmacy. Sweety completed their Bachelor's degree from Srinivas College of Pharmacy, Mangalore between 2005 and 2009. Following this, they went on to obtain a Master's degree in Pharmacy from JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysore from 2010 to 2012.
