Elaine Kycia

Elaine Kycia has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Elaine started their career as a Cost Analyst at Xamax Industries in 2004, followed by a role as a Senior Financial Analyst at Amphenol in 2005. In 2006, they joined Sikorsky, where they held various positions including Analyst, Financial Control (Military) and Specialist, Financial Control (Canadian Maritime Helicopter Program). Elaine later became Supervisor, Financial Planning & Analysis (Commercial) and CFO of Development Flight Center. In 2014, they were promoted to Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Enterprise) and later to Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Defense Systems & Services). Currently, Elaine holds the position of Director, Financial Planning & Analysis at Veeder-Root, a role they started in 2017.

Elaine Kycia obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the Central Connecticut State University School of Business, where they attended from 2001 to 2004. Elaine further pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of New Haven, attending from 2006 to 2008.
