Gustavo Campos

Gustavo Campos is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in product development and automation spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Veeder-Root since March 2020, Gustavo has designed product GUI screens and developed C++ serial commands for new products. Previously, Gustavo held the position of Lead Engineer at Reefwell Technology, where exclusive sales rights for Oleumtech products were secured. At PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A., Gustavo developed virtual instruments in LabVIEW for laboratory testing and implemented an embedded gas station system. Additionally, entrepreneurial experience includes ownership of a Subway franchise, and early career work as a Research Scientist Assistant at Universidad Central de Venezuela involved significant contributions to website administration and the implementation of a Linux computer cluster. Gustavo holds a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from WorldQuant University and a Master's degree in Computer Science, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology.
