Akash Munjal

Akash Munjal is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in trade and transaction banking. Currently serving as Senior Director of Growth at Veefin since March 2025, Akash focuses on identifying growth opportunities in Transaction Banking. Previously, Akash held the position of Head - Trade Product & Portfolio Management at Axis Bank from September 2021 to August 2025, overseeing product management and trade sales. Prior roles at HSBC include SVP of Product Management for the Asia Pacific region and Senior Vice President leading various trade finance initiatives. Akash began a career at ICICI Bank as Solution Manager for the Business Banking Group. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Amity University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
