Tino Kapfumo

Tino Kapfumo currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at VEEM Ltd (ASX:VEE) since January 2023, following a role as Finance Manager in the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Financial Controller and Senior Financial Accountant at Ora Banda Mining Limited from December 2020 to December 2022, as well as Company Secretary and Finance Manager at Anson Resources between May 2019 and December 2020. Tino also held the position of Senior Audit Manager at Bentleys WA from January 2013 to May 2019 and worked as an Experienced Analyst at Deloitte Australia from May 2010 to December 2012. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Commerce with dual majors in Accounting and Money and Banking, alongside a minor in Business Law from The University of Western Australia. Tino's foundational education was completed at Peterhouse Boys.
