Nnenna Osuji began their work experience in 2005 as a Business Executive/Operation Officer at Aero Contractors of Nigeria Ltd, where they provided daily operations support and worked on business process enhancement. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as an Assistant Project Manager at MTN, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring team alignment with client requirements. In 2014, they transitioned to Signant Health as a Project Specialist, where they drove the daily execution of an agile systems team. Nnenna then joined WFG DIRECT in 2016 as a Scrum Master, tracking progress and performance indications using scrum metrics. Currently, they are working at VeeMost Technologies as a Scrum Master, facilitating all scrum ceremonies, participating in PI planning, and providing guidance to the team for user stories and definition of done.
Nnenna Osuji attended Imo State University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science. Nnenna has also obtained additional certifications, including being a Certified SAFe program consultant, a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master, a SAFe Scrum Master, and completing the "Stay Lean with Kanban" program offered by LinkedIn.
