Magdalena Motyl

Magdalena Motyl has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Magdalena started their career as an Intern in the Assurance Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2008. Afterward, they worked as an Associate and Experienced Associate in the same department, where they audited financial statements and led audit teams. During their time at PricewaterhouseCoopers, they also had a secondment in the Capital Markets Group, where they provided advisory services on initial public offerings and verified impairment tests of listed companies.

In 2009, Magdalena joined Fineus Balance & Control as an Author of articles on strategic and operational controlling. Magdalena then returned to PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Business Analyst in the Business Analysis and Strategic Management Department, where they coordinated budgeting processes and analyzed financial results.

In 2012, Magdalena joined Benefit Systems SA as a Business Controller in the Capital Investment and Investor Relations Department. Magdalena later became a Strategic Business Development Manager and an International Business Development Manager. Their responsibilities included strategic planning, business development, and investor relations.

Starting in 2013, Magdalena became an Entrepreneur and founded Bezzkres, one of the biggest online LGBT social networks in Poland. The aim of the platform was to improve the lives of LGBTQ+ people in the country. Magdalena served as the Founder and CEO until 2017.

From 2017 to 2021, Magdalena worked as a Frontend Developer on various IT projects while traveling in Europe and participating in an ultra marathon. Magdalena also volunteered in a Buddhist Monastery in France during this time.

In 2021, Magdalena joined Veeqo as a Front End Engineer and subsequently moved to Amazon, where they held the position of Front End Engineer before being promoted to Front End Engineer II.

Throughout their career, Magdalena has demonstrated a diverse range of skills and experiences in finance, business development, entrepreneurship, and front-end engineering.

Magdalena Motyl completed their education at the University of Economics in Cracow from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Master's degree in Controlling and Corporate Finance Management.
