Igor Kudinov

Igor Kudinov has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Igor is the co-founder and COO of VeeRoute, a last-mile logistics software startup. During their time at VeeRoute, they raised two rounds of venture financing, built a team of 20+ engineers, and expanded the customer base to include 80+ SMEs and large enterprises primarily in the Russian-speaking market.

Igor also worked as a startup advisor at SectorX, an international program focused on helping Eastern European startups build global companies. Igor provided strategic guidance and support to startups during a 2-month accelerator stage in New York City or Vilnius.

Prior to their startup ventures, Igor was the CEO of the business incubator at ITMO University, where they focused on hosting and running startup acceleration programs in collaboration with Russian venture funds and accelerators. The incubator was recognized as the best university incubator in Russia by UBI Global.

Igor also served as the CEO of the startup accelerator SUMIT, where they organized more than 50 events and 6 acceleration programs for pre-seed and seed stage startups.

Before their involvement in startups, Igor gained experience in consulting and finance. Igor was a partner at AxisPoint Consulting, where they focused on IFRS consulting services and management accounting. Igor also worked as a senior associate at Financial Consulting Group and as an audit consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Igor's early career included a role as a junior financial controller at T-Systems.

Additionally, Igor co-founded Formula Buketa LLC, a flower shop chain in Saint-Petersburg. Although the chain did not expand as planned, Igor gained valuable experience and eventually sold the business.

Igor Kudinov's education history includes a variety of degrees and certifications. Igor earned their Master's degree in Finance and Credit (Financial management) from the Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained an ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) degree in Finance and Economics from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, which they completed in 2009. In 2012, Igor began their Ph.D. program at Saint Petersburg State University, majoring in Economics. Igor completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Economics in 2013. In addition to their degrees, Igor is also a Level 2 candidate in the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) program, which they pursued from 2008 to 2010. Igor is a member of ACCA since September 2009.
