Mark Fachler

Mark Fachler has over 20 years of experience in the business industry. Mark began their career as a Media Planner/Buyer at Starcom Worldwide in 2000, followed by a similar role at Zubu Advertising in 2002. In 2004, they joined Bastion Capital Corporation as an Associate, where they were responsible for analyzing potential opportunities in emerging US Hispanic Markets and building financial models for mid-market targets. In 2005, they became Director of Expansion at Lakeshore Business Corp. In 2010, they joined Goldberg Alerhand & Associates as an Associate, where they built integrated financial models to forecast financial growth, analyze M&A impact, define capital-raising scenarios, and valuation methods. In 2012, they founded and became CEO of Veestro, a national producer of prepared plant-based meals delivered direct-to-consumer. Mark oversaw 8 direct reports and 90 full-time employees in Operations, Marketing, Accounting and Finance departments. In 2022, they became Head of US Operations at Yo Foods.

Mark Fachler received their MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business in 2010, where they studied Global Management and Finance. Prior to this, they obtained a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin in 2000.
