Collette Zaro

Collette Zaro is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of People at Veev since September 2024, Collette is focused on talent acquisition, People Operations, HR Business Partnering, and Learning & Development within the innovative construction sector. Prior to Veev, Collette held positions as Vice President of People and Head of People at Moxion Power Co., where a team was built to advance zero-emission mobile energy storage solutions. Collette also founded Bliss Talent, aimed at supporting early-stage startups in scaling their teams via specialized recruitment strategies. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at nSight Surgical, where the focus was on revolutionizing surgical safety through machine learning, and senior leadership positions at Russell Tobin, NZX, Hudson Global Resources, and Parker Bridge. Collette holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Victoria University of Wellington.
