Austin Shih

Austin Shih is a software engineer intern at Veeva Systems, where responsibilities include building reusable React components and developing frontend APIs for a component library. As President of #include at Davis, Austin leads 25 developers in creating a Content Management System and E-Store Framework while also teaching industry standards. In the role of Technical Lead, Austin managed a cohort of 10 developers on a full stack web application project. As Technical Director at HackDavis, Austin oversees the development of a judging app and implements secure user authentication. Prior internships at IGN Entertainment and Advantech involved backend development and IT process automation, respectively. Austin is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of California, Davis.
