Jackie Ward, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Public Policy for Clinical Trials at Veeva Systems, having taken on the role in 2025. They previously held the position of Chief of Staff at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) from 2019 to 2021. Jackie has also worked as the Assistant Director of Neuroscience & Brain Health at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California San Diego. They earned a PhD from the University of California, San Diego, where they also completed their studies from 2010 to 2016.
